Chuletas de Cerdo en Salsa Agridulce (6 porciones)
6 Chuletas de cerdo ahumadas
1 Taza de jugo de naranja
1 Taza de Catsup
1 Cdita de Knorr de Pollo
Sal y pimienta al gusto
1 Taza de Coca-Cola
Aceite (El necesario)
Preparación: Dorar la chuletas en aceite y reservar.
Batir manualmente jugo, catsup, coca-cola, añadir sal y pimienta y knorr de pollo. Revolver bien y agregar a las chuletas.
Tapar y dejar a fuego lento hasta caramelizar.
Receta:
Spaguetti en Salsa de Pimientos.
3 Pimientos (Rojo, Anaranjado y Verde)
1 Taza de Crema Acida
Sal y pimienta al gusto
1 Cdita de Knorr de Pollo
50 grs de Mantequilla
1 hoja de Laurel
1/4 de Cebolla
1 Paquete de 500 grs de Spaguetti
Preparación: Poner en una olla agua a hervir con aceite, cebolla y el laurel.
Poner el spaguetti después y cocer.
Salsa:
Cocer los 3 chiles durante 20 minutos, una vez cocidos licuar con la crema acida, pimienta, sal, knorr de pollo, poca leche.
Agregar la salsa al spaguetti con la mantequilla y dejar que llegue al hervor.
NOTA: Recuerda lavar tu spaguetti y escurrirlos bien antes de agregar la salsa.
