Pianobook Piano Day 2020 - M&W Piano Pad Video

I am a member of the Pianobook sampling community set up by Christian Henson (joint founder of sample library company Spitfire Audio). This year he has come up with an idea of the Pianobook community submitting tracks which will then be mixed to produce a piece of music to celebrate Piano Day (88th day of the year).

This is my submission which is after the plop sound (sync tone). It is a pad sound made from one note of our Monington & Weston Piano and mangled to produce a modulated pad.

I had fun making the Pianobook logo into an animation and using clips from Christian's videos to introduce my pad.

Even searching for random strings on YouTube doesn't yield truly random results, complicating the process further. 🔍

The YouTube API offers additional functions enabling the discovery of more random videos. Through inventive techniques and a touch of space-time manipulation, we've achieved a process yielding nearly 100% random links to YouTube videos.
