*HI FRIENDS* In my 26 week pregnancy update with baby #1, I share what I learned from my doctors appointment regarding my gestational diabetes diagnosis. I have to track my blood sugar levels throughout the day with a glucometer and be very mindful about the amount of carbs and sugars I eat.
