This time is "Eggplant with Garlic Sauce-Mapo eggplant-"♪.
I who also likes Chinese food very much and* (*´ sou｀),💛,💛.
I had good eggplant in a house this time, so made♡
♪ by which♪ seen using red onion usually uses ordinary onion
Seasoning is*.. oyster sauce, soy sauce, soybean candy bar shou, salt, pepper and water soluble putting starch (*´ ω｀*),♡.
