Lomo Mechado ingredientes

para marinar

1 taza de vino tinto o de vino blanco
1 taza de jugo de naranja
3 ajos
1/4 de una cebolla medianita
1 cubo de knorr de pollo ( 1 cucharada )
sal y pimienta al gusto
2 clavos de olor
procedimiento moler todo esto en la licuadora y agregar al lomo y dejar toda una noche marinar.

para el lomo.

1 lomo de 1 a 2 kilos previamente marinado
200 gramos de tocino
50 gramos de almendras ( o la necesaria )
50 gramos de nueces ( o la necesaria )
10 ciruelas pasa
10 a 15 aceitunas
aceite de olivo
1 cucharada de albahaca

Elaboración hacer orificios en todas las partes de el lomo incluyendo laterales e ir poniendo como se indica en el video ciruela pasa, nueces , almendras, etc etc bañar la pierna con el jugo que nos quedo y meter a hornear tapado por espacio de 1 a 3 horas dependiendo de el tamaño de tu lomo bañarlo con el jugo cada media hora en la parte de arriba del lomo tirar un poco de aceite de olivo y tantita albahaca y poner tiras de tocino.
