FUTURO DO TRABALHO: Como se preparar para o Mercado de Trabalho Video

COMO SERÁ O FUTURO DO TRABALHO? Será que tudo vai mudar, meu emprego ainda vai existir? O que esperar do futuro?
Sim, as coisas vão mudar, mais uma coisa nunca vai mudar: Sempre existirá trabalho!
O que vai mudar (e já está mudando) é a forma como conhecemos o mercado de trabalho hoje. Desde o processo seletivo a contratação e rotina profissional, tudo será diferente e precisamos analisar essas mudanças para sabermos como nos adaptar ao futuro.
Sei que existe o medo do desemprego, medo de sua carreira estagnar, como conseguir emprego... Mas não a motivos para pânico, neste momento precisamos ter consciência de nossa responsabilidade em gerenciarmos essas mudanças, quais competências que precisamos adquirir, quais qualificações profissionais precisamos construir e aprender, que comportamentos precisamos melhorar e quais as resistências precisamos quebrar.
Abrir a mente é essencial nesse momento de pandemia e quarentena, para nos reinventarmos e sermos os melhores profissionais do futuro!
