Nohut Yemeği için gereken malzemeler
2 su bardağı nohut (kurusu)
2 adet yeşil biber
1 adet kırmızı biber
1 adet soğan
3-4 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ
1 yemek kaşığı biber salçası
1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
1 çay kaşığı kırmızı toz biber
Yarım çay kaşığı karabiber
1 küp knorr et suyu bulyon
3-4 su bardağı sıcak su
Hazırlanışı;
1.Uygun bir tencereye 3-4 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ ve 1 adet yemeklik doğranmış kuru soğanı alıp 1-2 dk kavuralım.
2.Daha sonra 2 adet yeşil biber ve 1 adet kırmızı biberi ekleyerek kavurmaya devam edelim.
3.1 yemek kaşığı biber salçası,1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası ekleyerek karıştıralım.
4.1 çay kaşığı kırmızı toz biber,yarım çay kaşığı karabiber ve istenilen baharatları ekleyelim.
5.2 su bardağı nohutu önceden haşlayarak yemeğimize ilave edelim ve 1-2 dk daha kavuralım.
6.Daha sonra 3-4 su bardağı sıcak suyu ilave edelim.
7.1 küp knor et suyu bulyonu ekleyerek yemeğimizi karıştıralım ve kapağını kapatalım.
8.15-20 dk kaynadıktan sonra yemeğimizi ocaktan alarak servis edebiliriz
