Starting a new series for the channel Trick shot Tuesday. What better way to lead it off then to light a match with my slingshot at 26 feet. So we set up the cameras and go out the AXIOM OCULARIS from Simple Shot.This is there new slingshot and it is a star and my new Every Day Carry. I haven't tried to light a match in over 5 months and i got sick of trying so i moved on figuring I would come back to it and i decided today was the day. The brake seamed to help after a few practice shots i was read to give it a go. It takes a fine touch to pull the trick of. If you hit the match on the head it wont light it just blows it all to peaces. So with all the cameras set up i took one of my home made strike anywhere matches and set it up at 26 feet and prepared to light the match with my slingshot........

One of my favorite slingshots is made from a deer antler shed and its that time of year again where the deer shed there antlers. So Chris and i decided to head out into the woods on a walk about and see if we can find some shed or at the very least we should bring home a few good natural fork. We also brought our slingshots and some ammo just to have a bit of fun shooting the slingshots at some wild targets. Makes for good practice not to just alway shoot at my shooting range at home. Its so satisfying when you take a shot with a slingshot at an uncalculated distance and make the shot.
