I had an extremely quick, intense, emotional and painful labour and delivery of only 2 hours with baby Alba. She is my third child and this was the first unmedicated all natural birth I have had- and boy was it sore!!!!! It was worth it though. She is more than worth it and I would do it all over again for her in a minute! I was always curious to know what a natural birth felt like. Watching this video should give you an idea of how painful it actually is! I vomited and swore and screamed and bellowed like a buffalo! Watching the footage is actually quite embarrassing for me! But I'm so glad we managed to capture everything on camera.
