You may think its brazen for me to adamantly state you need these things, but I really believe that any woman/makeup lover would benefit from adding these things to their collection! I think most people who are obsessed with makeup (like me!) will probably own most of these things already, but I still wanted to bring you my recommendations, and I think this is a really excellent list for anyone who is a beginner with makeup/just starting a makeup collection.
