Name "Deep-Mountain Encounter".

From Touhou 16 "Hidden Star in Four Seasons".
A mountain witch.
Legend says that she was abandoned by her childern due to terrible famine
her children left her at the woods, hoping for her to die of starvation.

But she didn't die. she made her way up to the mountain and built a hut up there.
The starvation of her drove her insane and she became a youkai cannibal.

When there're travellers lost in the mountain, she shapeshifted herself to disguise her true identity
and offer them shelter for the night.
And once they fall asleep, She kills and eats them.
She can also manipulate her hair to entangle the victims, too.
(which is why nemuno's sprite animation in the game shows that her hair is moving in a weird fashion.)

That was one of the legends of yama-uba.

But in touhou, her story ain't that dark.
When adults get lost in the mountain,
she even often send them back with a warning.
But take custody of lost children instead, who they raise into upstanding human beings.
Don't know why she does this though.
