1 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
1 adet yumurta akı
2 yemek kaşığı yoğurt (susuz)
1 tatlı kaşığı sirke
1 paket kabartma tozu
1 çay kaşığı mahlep
1 çay kaşığı tuz
2-3 su bardağı un
İç Harcı;
Beyaz peynir
Üzerine;
1 adet yumurta sarısı
Susam
Hazırlanışı;
1.Yoğurma kabına 50 g oda sıcaklığında tereyağı,1 çay bardağı sıvıyağ,1 adet yumurta akı,2 yemek kaşığı yoğurt,1 çay kaşığı tuz,1 çay kaşığı mahlep ve 1 tatlı kaşığı sirkeyi alarak karıştıralım.
2.Daha sonra 1 paket kabartma tozu ve yaklaşık 2,5 su bardağı unu yavaş yavaş ilave ederek daha kıvamlı bir hamur elde edelim.
3.Cevizden biraz büyükçe hamurlar alarak tezgahta açalım.
4.İçerisine peynir koyarak kapatalım.
5.Yağlı kağıt serili fırın tepsisine yerleştirelim.
6.Üzerine yumurta sarısı sürerek susam serpelim.
7.Önceden ısıtılmış 180°C fırında yaklaşık 25 dk pişirelim.
8.Biz bu şekilde 20 adet minik poğaça elde ettik.
9.Peynirli minik poğaçalarımız servise hazır.
