Üzeri için;

Hazırlanışı;
1.Kuru tarhanalar sabahtan ıslatılarak kapağı kapatılır ve iyice yumuşayıp şişmesi için en az 4-5 saat bekletilir.
2.Daha sonra elle veya tahta bir kaşıkla güzelce ezilir.
3.Az daha su ilave edilip ocağa alınır, kaynayıncaya kadar ara sıra karıştırılarak pişirilir.
4.Yaklaşık yarım saat kadar kaynadıktan sonra haşlanmış nohutlar, sarımsak eklenir, tuzu kontrol edilir (tarhana da tuzlu olabilir).
5.10-15 dakika daha kaynatılarak ocaktan alınır.
6.Üzerine tereyağında kızdırılmış nane gezdirilerek servis edilir.
