♥ DIY Strengthening Masque - for Heat Damaged Hair :
just 1 Egg + 1-2 Spoons of Coconut oil mixed
--- Leave in Masque for 1 hour covered in plastic to lock in heat
♥ After the Egg Masque I do have to cleanse with a cleanser or Dr. Bronners Soap because I have to make sure all the egg is out. Proceed to Condition and style as usual.
*** EGG PROTEIN MASQUE CANNOT BE DONE MORE THAN ONCE EVERY FEW MONTHS IF NEEDED. DON'T DO THIS FREQUENTLY! PROTEIN CAN HURT UR HAIR INSTEAD OF HELP IF U APPLY TOO MUCH PROTEIN ON HAIR TOO FREQUENT.
♥ Anti Breakage Masque : Shea Moisture Masque + Coconut Oil
--- Leave in Masque for 1 hour covered in plastic to lock in heat
** CAN BE DONE ONCE A MONTH OR MORE.
** More or Less AS MUCH AS NEEDED!
♥ When using "Shea Moisture - Anti Breakage Masque" I Rinse out (I don't re-wash or cleanse with cleanser) just condition and Style.
**Repeat only 1 of these Masque's Once a month (or less) when your hair feels its needed :) but **do not** do the egg protein masque monthly only do this once every few months! its not good for hair to have too much protein or it wont help your hair.
(Optional / Replacement oil) Olive oil, Jojoba oil, Almond oil or Castor oil
