We never know what our next river treasure hunting adventure is going to find, especially when we go scuba diving underwater in the lakes, rivers, and waterfalls here in Oregon.
On this episode of Adventures with Purpose we're hanging out in Portland, Oregon for a few days of scuba diving in the Willamette River for a change of scenery in our underwater treasure hunting adventures.
We're also super excited to be testing out our new diving camera from PARALENZ.
One of the items we really wanted to find on this diving trip to Portland was one of those e-scooters we keep hearing about being tossed in the river. Didn't take long while diving downtown that we stumbled upon a SKIP e-scooter in the river. π΄
Really didn't expect to find an iPhone in the river. Don't think it was stolen, but more looks like it was accidentally dropped in the river. Unfortunately, it doesn't work after being underwater.
We have personally pulled 4000+ pounds of garbage out of the lakes and rivers this year. ... γ½οΈππΌ
At the end of the day, we feel amazing about our efforts with all the garbage we remove from the lakes and rivers in our attempt to help save the planet, the fish, and the animals. π
