アメコミや海外ドラマなどをメインにする本場アメリカ・サンディエゴのポップカルチャーイベントが日本に初上陸した東京コミコンが12月2～4日に千葉・幕張メッセで開催された。場内に設けられたステージで開催された、コスプレファッションショーでは、スター・ウォーズ、バットマン、パイレーツ・オブ・カリビアン、バイオハザードなど、様々なスタイルのコスプレイヤーが会場を沸かせた。
