Çoban Kavurma Tarifi İçin Malzemeler;
1.5 kg kuzu kuşbaşı (ya da dana eti)
2-3 çorba kaşığı sıvı yağ
2-3 diş sarımsak
6 adet sivri biber
4 adet domates
1 kuru soğan
Tuz, karabiber, kekik, kimyon
Yarım demet maydanoz

Hazırlanışı;

1.Kuşbaşı doğradığımız etleri tencereye alalım ve etler suyunu çekene kadar kapağı kapalı olarak kısık ateşte pişirelim.
2.Yağı ve doğradığımız soğanları alarak kavurmaya devam edelim.
3.Ezilmiş 2-3 diş sarımsağı ve doğradığımız yeşil biberleride ekleyelim
4.İyice kavrulduktan sonra karabiber,kekik,tuz ilave ederek karıştıralım.
5.Küp küp doğradığımız domatesleride ekleyerek 20 dk kısık ateşte pişmeye bırakalım.
6.Etler iyice piştikten sonra servis edebilirsiniz.
