Our universe is a collection of celestial bodies such as stars, planets, galaxies, black holes etc. The galaxies contain stars of all sizes and nebulas where the birth of new stars takes places. Around these stars there are many planets that orbit them, creating a solar system in their own rights. Out of these planets there could be few of them which could possibly contain life within it which we are yet to discover. But that is not what we are looking for here. The ultimate fate of the universe is a question or rather a topic that seems intriguing yet frightening for some. Based on some observational evidence, the evolution and the fate of the universe have become the ultimate questions in cosmology and space science. What does the future of the universe really hold? Many possible dark futures have been predicted by the observations that we humans have made so far which includes big freeze, big rip, big crunch etc. But what will exactly happen to the universe? Will it eventually end after a finite amount of time? Or will it exist forever?
