In today's highly requested video, I am taking you with me through a week of my workouts as a busy Mom. As I said, this week I made the workouts shorter and less intense, in some cases, since I was dealing with a pulled calf muscle and post-vacation sluggishness. I almost always work out 5 days a week and those workouts usually range from 35-50 minutes with a mix of cardio and strength. That seems to work best for my body and my busy schedule.
I've also been doing something new at the end of each workout that is really helping me to relax my muscles and prevent injuries and I will be sharing that with you as well!
