The fish liquid stock can be stored and preserved by freezing. It can be use as flavouring or seasoning when cooking.

* 1 Mackerel (Cleaned and properly rinsed)
* 2 Stock cubes (knorr cubes)
* 1/2 tsp of mixed herbs
* Sea salt to taste
