People like to see how you can decorate a T-shirt, a phone case, or even create something completely new from improvised tools. But not everyone knows how much work is involved in the creation of each DIY video.
It’s important to choose the right background against which to shoot your video. It should not distract viewers from the main focus, but you can arrange small objects on the sides. We recommend using natural light from a window. To do this, place your table directly in front of the window so that the light falls directly to your face, not to the side, when you sit at the table.Usually this level of lighting is enough, especially if you have a large window and a sunny aspect. Firmly secure the camera and adjust the focus. Now, you can start shooting.
A quick tip for new DIY bloggers! Split your video into logical parts or steps. As we do on our channel. For example, Step 1 - Choose the background, Step 2 - Adjust the lighting, and so on. To identify the steps, use titles and different backgrounds - the program includes a selection of backgrounds specifically for this purpose.
At the end, don’t forget to show off your results. It will look even better if you use the “split screen” tool to show "before" and "after" pictures.
