Dr. Yiyuan Tang of China designed his IMBT according to the firmly established experiences of Zen meditation and with Michael I. Posner, professor emeritus of psychology at the University of Oregon they have found structural improvements by magnetic resonance analysis at the anterior singular cortex ( cingulate cortex ) ,the part of the brain that could calm emotion.
Dr. Yiyuan Tang's IMBT has 3 variables:
Concentrate the mind with an image ( first variable );keep the body in relaxation ( second variable ); get into a slow breathing pattern ( third variable ) . Structural improvements of the anterior singular cortex ( cingulate cortex ) have been recorded by MRI after practicing 11 hours of Dr. Tang's IMBT.

Many famous Zen meditation practitioners have provided ample evidences that their meditation discipline could breed incredible wisdom. In Táng Dynasty a nun called , Wújìn Cáng 無盡藏and the founder of the Southern Zen Sect called, Hui Neng 慧能 composed very beautiful Zen poems in spite of the fact that they were illiterate. From my personal experiences after years of meditation practice I could compose classical Chinese poems in spite of the fact that I have never been taught to do so. Here is one example of my poems:
日暮暉殘風拂檻
山窮水盡樹飄零
雲破月來花弄影
古祠留芳雪已晴
The fading glow of the setting sun shines on the window sill, caressed by the wind.
A withering tree stands out among the dead silent mountains and a dried up river.
The remaining flower is playing with its shadow made by the light of the moon that has just broken through the cloud.
The snow after crowning the time-honored ancient ancestral temple has already stopped.
In this movie Dr. Ho demonstrates his invention of the combination of IMBT in footwork and self- Pushing Hands tai chi technique.
This technique can complement any form and style of Tai Chi or its derivatives as long as they are designed to induce the super Zen based postural "CranioSacral Postural Reflex" of "Qi sticking towards the spine and the head hanging in the air" requirements. For instance the tennis serve is a very good and convenient way to practice the use of the power generated by the total body movements. This form of IMBT, called IMB Tennis is a weight lifting exercise for strength training; it certainly will not hurt anyone like in ordinary tai chi pushing hands and can be practiced with or without a partner. Many modern and very interesting ways to learn and refine this elusive postural reflex of "Qi sticking towards the spine and the head hanging in the air" pioneered by the Chinese Tai Chi wisdom will be explored and published in my internet channels including YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9RRMUY60ixQFxpmaIQpF3raRuGjPn-4t) , Facebook, Wordpress etc. Please subscribe. About the Site 🌐

This site provides links to random videos hosted at YouTube, with the emphasis on random. 🎥

Origins of the Idea 🌱

The original idea for this site stemmed from the need to benchmark the popularity of a video against the general population of YouTube videos. 🧠

Challenges Faced 🤔

Obtaining a large sample of videos was crucial for accurate ranking, but YouTube lacks a direct method to gather random video IDs.

Even searching for random strings on YouTube doesn't yield truly random results, complicating the process further. 🔍

Creating Truly Random Links 🛠️

The YouTube API offers additional functions enabling the discovery of more random videos. Through inventive techniques and a touch of space-time manipulation, we've achieved a process yielding nearly 100% random links to YouTube videos.

About YouTube 📺

YouTube, an American video-sharing website based in San Bruno, California, offers a diverse range of user-generated and corporate media content. 🌟

Content and Users 🎵

Users can upload, view, rate, share, and comment on videos, with content spanning video clips, music videos, live streams, and more.

While most content is uploaded by individuals, media corporations like CBS and the BBC also contribute. Unregistered users can watch videos, while registered users enjoy additional privileges such as uploading unlimited videos and adding comments.

Monetization and Impact 🤑

YouTube and creators earn revenue through Google AdSense, with most videos free to view. Premium channels and subscription services like YouTube Music and YouTube Premium offer ad-free streaming.

As of February 2017, over 400 hours of content were uploaded to YouTube every minute, with the site ranking as the second-most popular globally. By May 2019, this figure exceeded 500 hours per minute. 📈
