* Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर ) - 1/4 tsp
* Clove powder (लौंग पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
* Salt to taste (नमक ) - as per taste
* Sugar powder (चीनी पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
* Ghee (घी ) - 1 tsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा ) - 1/2 tsp
* Asafoetida (हींग ) - 2 pinch
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च ) - as per taste
