3) Have a life outside trading. I'm all for commitment and pressing on but you also need to have a life outside trading. If you don't have anything outside trading, all your value will be placed on your trading performance and that's not good! You will have tough trading days and you need to deal with it.
4) Stay active. Very often overlooked by traders. You need to get moving and do some exercise after spending hours sitting infront of a screen.
5) Stay connected. Trading can be very isolating and lonely. Just reach out to people.
