The Method consist of using Botanical Products that are plant derived without Sulfate, Silicone, Parabens, Mineral oil or Petroleum oil etc... only natural oils like Jojoba, almond oil, olive oil etc...
The Method is basically a NO SHAMPOO method

♥ WHAT DOES CO-WASHING MEAN?
--- The Cleansing Cream is a cleanser that Cleans your hair without extreme Drying Chemicals that are found in Shampoos. Co-washing can be done with a conditioner or cleansing cream. (CO-WASHING) is done by massaging your scalp & hair clean with conditioner or cleansing cream instead of shampoo. 2 hours to 2.5 hours Air Dry Time
on 90% Wet Hair: 4 hours (more or less) dry time
Don't manipulate hair after styling by touching it until 100% dry to prevent frizz
