Marinate the fish with
Turmeric powder - half tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tsp

For the gravy or masala
Tomato. - 2 nos, big, ripe , thinely sliced
Green chilies - 1 or 2
Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves - few, chopped
Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tbsp or more
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

This roasted fish recipe is dedicated to all fish lovers. I used pomfret fish or avoli fish for making this fish dish. But you must keep in mind thst the fish must be fresh . Here lightly marinated fish is shallow fried in very less oil and then added to a thick tomato gravy which makes this dish very very special in taste and texture. The use of Kashmiri red chili powder gives a fine texture to the gravy. You can also use normal chili powder instead. So add chili powder as per your heat tolerance.
