Chocolate Japanese Cheese Cake

Ingredients:
5 Fresh Room Temperature Eggs (weighs 58 - 60 gr. each with shell)
50 gr. Plain Flour / All Purpose Flour
15 gr. Corn Flour / Corn Starch
120 gr. Fine Sugar
140 gr. Cream Cheese
60 gr. Full Milk / Whole Milk
50 gr. Dark Chocolate (72%)
20 gr. Butter (optional)
3 gr. Instant Coffee (adjust accordingly to your taste)
1 tsp. Vanilla Essence

Pan Size: 18 cm

Oven Mode: Top and bottom heating elements without fan.

This is a very delicate recipe to execute. Please test your oven temperature is working correctly before even thinking of making this cake. Oven thermometer is needed to increase your chance of succeeding it. The rest depending on your baking skill. Good luck and success.
