Corned beef omelet is a delicious and easy breakfast recipe. As the recipe name says, this recipe is a another variety of omelet that consist of corned beef and beaten eggs. This breakfast recipe is already a complete meal by itself. My family usually eat this as a meal (for lunch or dinner). It really taste good together with rice or bread. It’s best eaten with catsup.
Corned Beef Omelet Recipe (Tortang Corned Beef)
Ingredients:
1 big can corned beef
1 potato, peeled and cube
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 eggs, beaten
Ground black pepper
Salt or seasoning
Cooking oil
Procedure:
1. Boil the potatoes first. Then set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onions and garlic. Then add the corned beef and cook for 4-5 minutes.
3. Put in potatoes. Season with ground black pepper and salt or seasonings. Then cook for a few minutes.
4. Put in a bowl and let it cool down. After it cools, add the beaten eggs. Mix
5. Heat oil in medium fire and pour a ladle of corned beef mixture. Cook the bottom side for a few minute then flip it to the other side and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve with catsup.
Note: Corned beef omelet is best serve together with bread (for breakfast) or rice(for lunch or dinner)
