1 kilo kuzu but (kemiksiz ve biraz yağlı)
1/2 çay bardağı sıvı yağ
Kekik
Tuz
1/2 su bardağı su
Hazırlanışı;
Lif lif olmuş yumuşacık bir et, süper bir lezzet, hem de hazırlaması çok kolay ...
1.Yağ ve kekiği bir kapta karıştıralım.
2.Eti bu sosa bulayalım (mümkünse soslu şekilde üzerini kapatıp 1 gece buzdolabında bekletelim.
3.Düdüklü tencerenin içine sosu ile birlikte eti, tuzu ve suyu koyup, buhar çıkarana kadar orta ateşte, daha sonra ise düdüğünü kapatıp, en küçük ocağın, en kısık derecesinde 1,5 saat pişmeye bırakalım
4.Basıncın çıkmasını bekledikten sonra kapağını açıp, kaldıysa suyunu süzüyoruz.
5.Tavaya ya da tencereye az yağ koyup, etimizin üzeri hafif kızarana kadar daha pişirebiliriz.
6.İşte tandır yapmak bu kadar basit... Y
