1 kase yoğurt
1 diş sarımsak
1 tatlı kaşığı salça
sıvı yağ

Hazırlanışı;
1.Hamur malzemelerini bir kaba alıp azar azar su ilave ediyoruz, ele yapışmayan bir hamur elde ediyoruz.
2.Biraz dinlendiriyoruz, bu arada iç malzemesi için soğanı olabildiğince ince doğruyoruz ( o kadar ince yapamazsanız rendeleyelebilirsiniz, ama o zaman tadı farklı olacaktır.)
3.Bir kaba alıp içine kıymayı, tuzu ve pulbiberi ekleyip güzelce yoğuruyoruz.
4.Dinlenen hamuru iki bezeye bölüp oklava yardımıyla açıyoruz.
5.Açtığımız yufkadan 2 parmak genişliğinde uzun şeritler kesiyoruz.
6.İçine kıymayı yerleştirip rulo olacak şekilde sıkıca sarıp bıçak yardımıyla istediğiniz büyüklükte kesiyoruz.
7.Tüm malzeme bitene kadar işleme devam ediyoruz.
8.Hazırlanan hamurları kaynayan suya atıp haşlıyoruz.
9.Piştiği zaman suyunu süzmeden içine 1 su bardağı su döküp kevgirle servis tabağına alıp üzerine yoğurtlu sarımsak gezdiriyoruz.
10.Biraz suyla açıp kızdırdığımız salçalı sıvı yağı döküyoruz, pulbiberle süsleyip servis ediyoruz.
