Difference between Sambar Powder and All purpose masala powder:
1.Dont use Turmeric for Kalantha thool
2.Do not include turmeric and fennel seeds
3.Dry red chilli should be more as compared to coriander seeds
4.Bengal gram and thoovar dal should not exceed 5 tbsp
5.No need to dry roast the spices
6.Just roast dal items and that too for 4 mins only
