1 büyük kavanoz garnitür(havuç, bezelye, patates)
1 küçük konserve mısır
1 çorba kaşığı sıvı yağ
Yarım demet maydanoz
Yarım demet dereotu
1 avuç yeşil zeytin ( çekirdekleri çıkartılmış küçük küçük doğranmış)
Tuz
Karabiber
Hazırlanışı;
1.Karıştırma kabına 1 kavanoz garnitür,10 adet küp küp doğranmış kornişon turşu,1 kutu konserve mısır,5 adet haşlanıp küp küp doğranmış sosis,1 avuç minik minik doğranmış yeşil zeytin,Dereotu ve maydanozu alıp karıştıralım.
2.1,5 su bardağı sarımsaklı yoğurt,1 su bardağı mayonez,1 yemek kaşığı sıvıyağ,tuz ve karabiberi ekleyip karıştıralım.
3.Daha sonra haşlayıp soğuttuğumuz yarım paket yüksük makarnayı ilave edip karıştıralım.
4.Salatamızı servis tabağına alalım.
5.Pulbiber ve nane ile süsleyelim.
6.Bol malzemeli makarna salatamız servise hazır.
