Hello There!
Today I am going to be showing you how to make the ‘Oh-Go-On-Then Lava Cake’ from the Tesco magazine. Now, I am not going to lie to you but it went wrong for me when I filmed it, but I think that it smelt and tasted great so I don't see why I cannot upload it anyway. I was supposed to use clingfilm to line the microwave-safe bowl but I spent, what felt like half an hour, battling with it, so in the end I used spray oil and a pastry brush. However, this kind of turned into a bowl cake for me as I didn't add enough spray oil to then get the cake out from the bowl, so I know where the mistake was and I can correct this for you guys!
Saying all that, I think that this recipe is a perfect recipe just as a, what I now like to call, 'bowl cake' so it is up to you what you would like to do. This recipe with of course be gluten free, lactose free and yeast free. Don’t forget to check out my blog post below!
