1. Potato – 4 large (boiled & mashed)
2. Carrot – 1 medium
3. Capsicum – 1 medium
4. Peas – ½cup (coarsely chopped)
5. Onion – 1 medium
6. Ginger – 1tsp. (grated)
7. Suji – ½ cup (dry roasted)
8. Salt & chilli – 1tsp each (as per taste)
9. Garam masala – 3/4 tsp
10. Black pepper – ½ tsp
11. Jeera pwd – ½ tsp
12.Amchur pwd – 1 tsp
13.Dhania pwd – 1tsp
14.Bread crumbs – 1 cup
15. Maida – 2 tbs (for slurry)
16. White til – ½ tsp
17. Oil – for frying
