野菜も足してアレンジ!サラダチキン、鶏ハムを簡単に炊飯器を使って作れるめちゃうまレシピです。セブンイレブンのようなサラダチキンが簡単に作れますし鶏胸肉も安いので節約料理にもなりますよ。

鶏胸肉鶏胸肉２枚
岩塩 15g
砂糖 10g
タコ糸
ジップロック
作り方
□鶏肉を冷蔵庫から出して、胸肉をフォークで刺す
□塩、砂糖をまぶしてすり込みなじませる
□30分置いて味をなじませる。出てきたお肉の水分はキッチンペーパーでふき取る
□２枚の鳥肉を折り重ねてサランラップで巻く。ラップの両端はタコ糸で結び、ジップロックに入れて空気を抜きとりまとめる
□炊飯器にぬるま湯(お湯)を入れる。ジップロックに入れた鶏ハムが浸かる水位まで水が入っているか確認して保温する
□２時間１５分、炊飯器で保温したらお肉を取り出して冷ます。
ぬるま湯 2時間15分ほど
お湯 1時間30分ほど
炊飯器により仕上がりもかわるので時間調節してください。
スライスして鶏ハムは完成ですが、動画では出来上がった鶏ハムにブラックペッパー、レッドペッパー、カイエンヌペッパーを振り野菜もつけて豪華なサラダチキンしました。

チーズ 適量
