SOUL CALIBUR 6 - Character Creation & Guest Characters Teased, Story Mode Details Confirmed & More! A bunch of new Soul Calibur 6 information just got revealed earlier this morning in an interview with a Japanese magazine! In this press release, we get word on not only when the game's story will be taking place, but we now know they've used the word "reboot" to describe everything. A bunch of new gameplay mechanics such as the "Reversal Edge" and "Lethal Hit" are also explained in depth, too! Not to mention, we now know that using some moves will consume your charge and require powering up. Character creation was also teased, something that many have been wondering would make an appearance inside of Soul Calibur 6. Not to mention, it's worded that we should "look forward to collaboration with other works." Thus, teasing that guest characters are going to be added too! The game is also 70% of the way done and it's getting worked on by a ton of outside developers!
