This at home shower workout routine is the 3-5 minute set of exercises I told you about in my shower routine (here:

From Jump Squats for your booty to bicycle crunches for abs, and tricep dips for great arms, this easy routine includes it all! Because I attach it to an existing routine of showering, it’s easy for me to stuck to with a busy life! I hope this helps you, especially if you are looking for ways to get active, or workouts you can do at home without any equipment! So get your jump squats on and start on those lunges!!
