After last times yummy pepper chicken recipe am with yet another delicious and authentic chicken dish of Goa , chicken vindaloo. The texture of this curry is fiery red because of the addition of ground Kashmiri chilies. Though it looks fiery and hot, it taste amazing . This curry re open pairs best with paratha or porotta but I paired this with butter nan . Vindaloo is an Indian curry which is spicy and tangy ( vinegar addition)that is very popular in Goa. Traditionally vindaloo was made with pork only. But these days chicken vindaloo and mutton vindaloo are very popular too. In this curry tomato is not added and instead vinegar gives the tanginess to this curry, the star ingredient of this curry. Moreover the addition of onion paste and ground vindaloo masala makes this chicken curry more simple and humble. We can prepare the vindaloo masala ahead of time which has the shelf life of 2 weeks or more when refrigerated. If so you can prepare any vindaloo re iOS within less time and less mess. Yes, chicken vindaloo is scrumptious in tastes And texture. The simplicity of this chicken dish made me preparing this often with less hot chilies ( am not a spice lover) .
