Veggie bread / Bread Bhaji Pizza | Veg French toast Video

Ingredients :

2 Bread slices,
Salt
1/2 cup Milk
1 raw Grated Potato
1 Grated Capsicum
1 grated Carrot
2 cloves of Garlic paste
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Tomato
Tomato Sauce
Red chilli powder
Semolina / rava
Oil

Procedure :

In a bowl, mix all these ingredients, except bread and oil
keep this for 10 minutes,
after 10 minutes, mix it again, apply tomato sauce on bread and apply this mixture on that same side of bread
spread oil on mixture on bread.

place it on pan with mixture side down on pan
apply tomato sauce again on upper side of bread, and spread mixture on it,
apply some oil on it and flip it and cook for 1 minute
fy it till it gets nice golden brown color on both side of bread

Its ready to serve
