Hazırlanışı;

1.Karıştırma kabına bir gece öncesinden ıslatıp haşladığımız 1 su bardağı buğdayı,1 adet küçük küçük doğradığımız kırmızı biberi,maydanozu,dereotunu,3 yaprak marulu,2 adet taze soğanı,ince kıyılmış mor lahanayı ve 1 adet rendelenmiş havucu ilave edip karıştıralım.
2.Salatanın sosu için 1,5 limon suyu,3 yemek kaşığı zeytin yağı ve tuzunu ilave edip karıştıralım.
3.Daha sonra sosumuzu salatamıza ilave edip iyice harmanlayalım.
4.Salatamız servise hazır.
