Muttai Biryani seivathu eppadi or Egg biryani with basmati rice is super delicious meal for weekend lunch.Prepare this egg biryani without biryani masala in twenty mins time.You can prepare this Egg biryani with out cooker and without curd.
Egg biryani required very minimal masala.
Before start preparing Egg Biryani
1.Soak Basmati rice(1/2 kg) in water
2.Slice required Onion(4) and tomatoes(3) for this biryani
3.Crush some ginger and garlic or else you can use ginger garlic paste(2 tsp)
4.Clean some coriander and Mint leaves
Step by step procedure for making Muttai biryani or Egg Biryani recipe
1.Boil 4 to 6 egg (as required) in water by adding some salt.
2.Cook basmati rice in water by adding Cloves(6),Cinnamon(2),Cardamom(1).Black pepper cons(5).
3.Strain water from cooked basmati rice and make sure the rice is cooked for 80%
4.Spread cooked rice in flat plates in order to remove all heat from rice.
5.Take heavy bottom cookware or pressure cooker and add oil(5 to 6 tbsp)
6. Suate Ginger garlic for 4 mins
7.Saute onions chilies and tomato one by one for 3 to 5 mins.
8.Add Chilli powder(1/2 tsp),Salt(1/4 tsp),Garam masala powder(1/2 tsp)
9.Add some water and let the masala cook for 4 mins.
10.Add cooked rice into it
11.Add Coriander leaves and mint leaves
12.Add boiled egg for dum
13.Spread all rice in cooker for dum with some gravy
14.Add some food color if required.
15.Cook for 15 mins in low flame.
16.After fifteen mins off the flame and let biryani to be in dum(pressure) for 45 mins.
17.Open after 45 mins and serve hot with raita or some gravy.
