どうも、おもしろ雑貨コレクターの伊勢海老太郎です。今回はお正月らしい動画で、昭和の餅つき機と「モチスラ」の紹介です。おもしろキッチン雑貨として「モチスラ」を紹介する動画だったのですが、昭和の餅つき機の存在感の方がすごい動画になってしまったので、タイトルは昭和の餅つき機にしました。前半は餅つき、後半はモチスラです。餅の作り方は簡単で、もち米を洗う、水に8時間〜12時間浸す、水を切る、蒸す、つく、の流れです。餅のカットの為に大きなもち切り器を購入しましたが、少し大げさだったかもしれません（笑）。お雑煮、焼き餅海苔巻き、おしるこを作りました。お餅はとても美味しかったです。「モチスラ」は餅を簡単に薄くスライスできます。ちなみにモチスラにセットした餅は市販の餅です。ついた餅は綺麗な長方形ではないので、セットするのが難しく綺麗にスライスできなかったので、市販の形が整った餅を使いました。オーブントースターで焼くとサクサク食感で、煎餅のようなお菓子になります。餅を好きな形にカットできるのが楽しいです。お鍋やうどんにのせたり、いろんな料理に使えそうです。咀嚼音を聞きたい！とたまにリクエストを頂くので、ASMR？音フェチ？的な要素を取り入れ、咀嚼の時はBGMを消してみました。曙産業の「モチスラ」という商品です。Amazonで1,387円で購入しました。詳細は下記関連リンクをご確認ください。

あけましておめでとうございます。今年もどうぞよろしくお願い致します。年末はずっとこの動画を作っていて、餅の食べ過ぎで正月前に正月太りしました（笑）。餅は1キロを3回ついたので3キロ……まだまだ大量の餅が冷凍庫に眠っています。2019年のダイエットはロケットスタートとはいかなそうです（笑）。今回の動画はプライベートのYouTubeチャンネルで約3年前にアップロードした「昭和の餅つき機」の動画と関係があります。当時はカメラの設定がよくわからず、餅つきの様子をピンボケした状態で撮影してしまいました。なので、今回の動画でちゃんと撮り直しするという裏テーマがありました。今年はプライベートのYouTubeチャンネル、雑貨ブログ、雑貨Twitter、雑貨Instagramの更新も再開します。もちろん、このチャンネルの更新頻度もあげていきます。運動不足も解消したいです。2019年はめっちゃ頑張ります（毎年元旦に思っていて、いつのまにか1年が過ぎている）。
