7 tazas de caldo de pollo o poquito menos
700 gramos de manteca de puerco
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1 cucharadita de sal
tiempo de cocción 2 horas mas 30 minutos de reposo con el fuego apagado =) se cocen a fuego medio bajo
