薑 40g Ginger

1. 番薯洗淨去皮切件
2.薑去皮切片
3.凍水加入番薯、薑、片糖及少許鹽
4.中火煮20-25分鐘即成大學芋

豉油 1tsp Soy Sauce
黑糖 1tsp Brown Sugar
砂糖 2tsp Sugar
味醂 3tsp Mirin

1.番薯洗淨切件
2.預熱油，中火炸5分鐘備用
3.慢火炒香黑芝麻備用
4.混合黑糖，砂糖，味醂及豉油
5.加入番薯及黑芝麻拌攪後即成
