Hey guys...In today's video I will be showing you quick recipe to fulfill your intense cake cravings.
We will make 2 min microwave mug cakes. These eggless mug cakes are very quick and easy to make as well as delicious. We are making 2 different flavours of mug cakes.
You can make these mug cakes in your microwave oven in micro mode, no need of convection mode or OTG.
The 2 flavours of mug cakes are:
(1) Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients:
Plain flour/maida 4 Tbsp
Coco powder 1 1/2 Tbsp
Powdered sugar3 Tbsp
Baking Powder 1/8 Tsp
Baking soda a pinch
Salt a pinch
Vanilla essence few drops
Choco chips 1 Tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
Milk 4 Tbsp
(1) Carrot Mug Cake
Ingredients:
Plain flour/maida 4 Tbsp
Powdered sugar3 Tbsp
Baking Powder 1/8 Tsp
Baking soda a pinch
Salt a pinch
Vanilla essence few drops
Grated carrot 1 Tbsp
Vegetable oil 2 Tbsp
Milk 4 Tbsp
Chopped rasins 1 Tsp
