Workouts for back and abs! My back and abs workout routine! Hello, Salvador here and in this video I demonstrated my favorite back and ab exercises. The exercises (workouts) that I did in this video were three sets of ten pullups; three sets of ten seated rows; three sets of ten lat pull downs; three sets of ten rear delt flies; three sets of thirty chair leg raises; three sets of fifteen ab wheel rollouts; and lastly fifty medicine ball twists. I tend to workout 4 times a week. I usually train my back and abs on the same day, then I train my arms and chest on the next day, I then train my legs on the 3rd day, I do high intense cardio on day 4, and I rest for 3 days. sometimes I train my abs up to 4 times a week. I divide my rest days evenly throughout the week.
