3-ingredient No-bake Chocolate Cake also known as LOCKDOWN CAKE. You only need a few simple ingredients to make your own at home. This cake is moist, rich and chocolatey!
Here's what you need:
9 packs oreo cookies (individual)
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp baking powder
For frosting:
chocolate ganache (optional)
chocolate chips (optional)
Procedure:
- Remove oreo cookie filling
- Crush oreo cookies using food processor or if you don't have one. Put oreo cookies in a ziplock bag and use rolling pin to crush the cookies.
- Put crushed oreo cookies in a mixing bowl, pour-in evaporated milk and baking powder. Mix!
- Put-in the oreo filling and mix until smooth.
- Grease the baking dish
- Pour-in the mixture to the baking dish and steam on medium flame for 40 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, do the toothpick test.
- If the toothpick comes out clean the cake is done!
- Once the cake is cool, frost with chocolate ganache, nutella or chocolate syrup. (Optional)
- The cake is delicious as is even without the chocolate frosting.
- Top with chocolate chips (Optional)
- Slice and enjoy!
