Inside the kitchen, Michelle knew the steps taken in order to bring the Duck Ragu to life; this dish is all about the Porcini Mushroom Ravioli that is garnished at the end with Parmesan and Truffle. The best thing about Coppi is the fact that their pasta is not ready made but they freshly bake it in the place every single day - according to Michelle, this is something that she could definitely feel through the dish; she could actually differentiate between the ready made and the pasta that is freshly baked.
So, after Michelle stood in the kitchen with chef Johnny and new the secret to the dish, she still says that even though the steps are not that hard to be followed, people might not succeed at preparing this dish at home, they will still need to come to this restaurant whenever they want to eat the Duck Ragu, or any of the other dishes Coppi prepares in general.
It is not just about the dishes and the preparations of the dish, but it is also about the atmosphere of the restaurant while sitting there and enjoying the dish that you have ordered and having a drink beside it; Coppi is one of those cozy restaurants which you will love the idea of being at, eating something delicious while enjoying the whole experience.
The things which Michelle got the chance to try and explore out there at the restaurant did not end yet but she went to the bar where Patrick, the barman at Coppi, got her introduced to one of the most famous cocktails and the one most ordered which is called "Spiked Lemonade" and which is all about the mixture of lemon juice, lemon shallot, lemon vodka, sugar syrup, and handful of raspberries which are all added to ice in the cocktail shaker and shaken well enough to bring the cocktail at the end; this is added to the glass with some ice cubes and sparkling grapefruit, garnished, and then served to the visitors.
