Review: Estee Lauder Double Wear & Waterproof Concealer (Best Full Coverage Concealer)
I have VERY VERY dark circles that are hereditary and will never go away. I have seriously found a new holy grail concealer. This really is the best full coverage concealer I’ve ever come across to fully cover dark circles.
