Quick and Scrumptious garlic bread that will accompany any Italian recipe be its a Penne Pasta, Alfredo Pasta or Spaghetti cooked in Meat Balls. You don't need oven to make Garlic Bread at home. You can jazz this up on skillet itself with compromising on a taste.

Ingredients -

• 4 Bread slices
• 1/4 cup melted Butter
• 1 tbsp minced Garlic
• 1/2 tsp mixed Herbs
• 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
• 1/4 tbsp black Pepper
• Parsley or Coriander leaves

Method -

• Take bread of your choice. Cut it into half. Keep it aside.
• In a mixing bowl take melted butter. Add garlic, mixed herbs,
chilli flakes, black pepper and parsley or coriander leaves. Mix
well.
• Spread this mixture on one side of the bread.
• Heat a skillet on medium heat. Spread butter on it.
• Put the bread slices on the skillet with buttered side up.
• Toast until the bread gets light brown color.
• Turn it over and bake from other side as well.
• Remove from skillet and serve with sauce or as it is.
